Delivery

Our aim is to process all orders placed that day before 2pm.

We use Royal Mail for our standard parcels and Couriers for heavier more bulky itmes such as paper. Our Standard Postage (3-7 working days) allows us to keep our postage costs to a minimum.. We aim to process your order as soon as possible. However we are only human and cannot fully guarantee the above conditions. We ask that you allow 5-10 working days for delivery. If we expect that we cannot keep this target then we will be in touch and offer you a refund.

Eco-office supplies is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as Royal Mail or courier services.

Our pre-arranged collection or delivery option is for our current local customers only. Please do not choose this option without contacting us for confirmation first. If this option is chosen without our authorisation then your order will not be processed.
