Eco-office supplies ltd has a huge mission to help our nation in becoming eco-friendly. We can only do this with our customers continued support. Therefore we strive for 110% customer satisfaction. Delivery

Our aim is to process all orders placed that day before 2pm.

We use Royal Mail for our standard parcels and Couriers for heavier more bulky itmes such as paper. Our Standard Postage (1-5 working days) allows us to keep our postage costs to a minimum.. We aim to process your order as soon as possible. However we are only human and cannot fully guarantee the above conditions. We ask that you allow 5-10 working days for delivery. If we expect that we cannot keep this target then we will be in touch and offer you a refund.

Eco-office supplies is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as Royal Mail or courier services.

Our pre-arranged collection or delivery option is for our current local customers only. Please do not choose this option without contacting us for confirmation first. If this option is chosen without our authorisation then your order will not be processed.

We have very high expectations of our suppliers and only source manufacturers who have certified high quality standards as well as a substantial working environmental policies. We believe that our customers should not have to pay an extra subsidy on their purchases because they are eco-friendly. As leaders in the market we have sourced manufacturers who are taking our environmental concerns seriously and do not punish us with extra costs. The quality of our eco-friendly or remanufactured products is to or surpasses that of their counterparts. Any of our compatible or remanufacured cartridges or toners will be certified to at least ISO9000/9001/9002 and ISO 14001 for quality.

Eco-office supplies ltd has a strict policy for handling customer information. In order to process your order we need your name, address, e-mail, and telephone number. This information is only used by ourselves to fulfill your order and to keep you informed of our own products. Your payment (card/Nochex/ Paypal) details are processed through a Secure server SSL and are not viewed, used or stored by ourselves. Eco-office supplies ltd is not responsible for the security of online payment provided by card payment merchants, for this information we suggest you visit their independent sites for their terms and conditions.. The information you provide to Eco-office supplies ltd is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Eco-office supplies ltd will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties. We adhere to the rules of the data protection policy.

Returns Policy

Faulty or damaged goods may be replaced or costs refunded (less postage) dependent on customer choice and our stock level.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us, in an unused condition, for a refund (less postage costs).

We do ask that notice of a fault or return is given within two weeks of purchase and that you contact us first for a returns number.

Any manufacturers names used in this website for compatible/alternative products are used solely for reference and are not intended to infringe upon the copyright of that original product.

Whilst every effort is made by us to provide up to date information on eco-friendly products and procedures, we do this in good will and are not responsible for any incidents that may occur as a result. We advise that health and safety issues be addressed before making any drastic changes to your environment or installing any new equipment. Furthermore the advice we give and products that we sell should be installed or used as par the manufacturers instructions. If for any reason you are unsure of this then contact the manufacturer.
